Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the inhibitory effect of extract of Cycas circinalis L. seed on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli.

Two Way Analysis of Variance and Duncan's Multiple Range Test were used in this study. It was replicated four times.

Results showed that the different concentrations of the extract of Cycas circinalis seed have highly significant effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia Coli.
